Meet Everything With Love

August 7, 2022

Love is a frequency.

It is my natural state.

It can be terrifying to let go into that frequency because of trauma.

Not the trauma of what happened to me, but the trauma from the meaning I make up about myself and life because of what happened to me.

But I do know the truth.

I know what is real.

I just forget.

I question.

I doubt.

And in my confusion, I learn to trust the illusion more than what is real.

What is real is invisible. It is intangible. It is formless.

It doesn’t feel like it is enough to keep me safe.

I think I can’t trust it.

It can feel terrifying to let go of my beliefs. It can feel scary to relax. It can feel annihilating to surrender.

I want to, but I also want to do, to control, to know, to understand.

However, well-being and peace of mind aren’t found in the doing, the controlling, or the trying.

There is only one answer, and that answer is found in the frequency of love.

I have to discover that frequency inside of myself.

It is an experiential journey.

Having a guide can be helpful, but I am the explorer.

I have to have the experience of remembering what is true.

I can be led to the abyss, but I have to be willing to jump. I have to be willing to let go of the misunderstandings. I have to be willing to step into the unknown.

The good news is I have the truth within me beckoning me forward.

Calling to me.

Whispering encouragement to take the next step and let myself fall into the mystery so I can experience what is real and true.

Whatever problems or obstacles I might perceive, there is an answer.

The answer is always the same.

It is found within. This doesn’t mean that I won’t take external action, but I start with what is true and let my wisdom guide me.

The solution is not in an understanding of the mind, it is in the experience of the spiritual heart.

Meet everything with love and see what gets revealed to you.
