Judy Nahkies
Judy Nahkies suffered from depression, anxiety and suicidal thinking for decades before stumbling across The Principles in early 2016. Suddenly Life made sense. The impact was immediate and profound and yet there was more to come. As her understanding deepened she experienced a level of grace and ease with the ups and downs of life that she couldn’t have even imagined previously.
Judy earned a B Ag Sc (Hons) degree and worked in research for 10 years before becoming a stay at home mum. Judy has studied nutrition and lifestyle factors associated with well-being.
Judy has studied with some of the best in the Three Principles, including Practitioner Training with Drs Bill and Linda Pettit. Judy is passionate about sharing what she has learned with individuals and groups, in-person and online. She enjoys watching client’s stories and labels dissolve as they start to see who they are beyond their thinking.
Judy lives in Dunsandel, Canterbury, New Zealand, on a 50 acre farm with her husband and daughter. She loves animals and nature, especially horses.
