Hello, I'm Lindsey and I live in Sheffield, UK. I suffered with episodes of debilitating anxiety since childhood. I didn't trust myself as I didn't know when I would get anxious or how to stop it. I tried lots of different sources of help over the years - hypnotherapy, counselling, NLP, medication. I thought I wasn't 'normal' and that if people saw the anxious me they would judge me. My 3 close friends also get bouts of anxiety and one of them stumbled across the 3ps. I resisted her attempts to share it with me for some time but the change in her was so incredible I got curious.
I'm so glad I did. The changes I'm experiencing in my own life mean that I'm doing life more easily. I've moving through anxious feelings and understanding that they don't mean anything. I'm feeling more confident to try more things because my trust in myself has increased. Now I want to share this understanding with others.
I'm already a coach working with people who want to change job/career direction and now I'm sharing this understanding of how life works as I realise for most people it's their thinking that is keeping them feeling stuck.
When I'm not working I love spending time with friends and family, swimming in lakes and rivers and going away in my microcamper to be in nature.
I'd love to help you find a greater peace of mind (and this doesn't need to have anything to do with a career) so you too can live life with more freedom.
