Every cell of my being wants you to know you are source.
We are all the same source just like the leaves on a tree are all part of the same tree.
We are all expressions of the one source expressing in our own unique way.
We are love in motion expressing through our unique consciousness, and we are all one.
There is no separation. No leaf is separate from the tree. No leaf is better than another leaf. We are all equal. We are all innocent. We are all doing the best we can with the understanding we have.
This is true for the shooter. It is true for the policeman and the parent. It is true for the police chief and the politician. It is true for the NRA advocate and the progressive. It is true for the pro-lifer and the pro-choicer. It is true for the capitalist and the communist. It is true for the white supremacist, the misogynist, the oligarch, the dictator, and the oppressed. It is true for the sinner and the saint.
Perhaps the leaves on a tree can't harm one another the way we can as humans, but that doesn't mean we aren't one. We are 7.9 billion expressions of that one love.
And we are all in this together. The health of the whole is made up of the health of the parts.
We are stronger together.
Can we help each other to remember what is true?
We need to remember so we don't increase the expressions of hate in the world?
We need to remember so we each share more of what is true in our own lives?
We need to remember to keep our own hearts full.
More love needs to be expressed in the world.
You might call me naive and think I'm an idiot, but I can't help but think that if each one of us chooses to express more courageously what is in our hearts each day that would have an impact on the world.
Can we each go back to source, remember the experience of our true nature, and express that into the world?
Wouldn't a world filled with more expressions of love tend to those who are scared and hurting so they didn't act from their pain, and wouldn't it create laws that support the expression of love?
No one is coming to rescue us.
We need to remember who we are for ourselves and live it fully and unabashedly in our lives.
It is time to strip away any fear of expressing who we truly are.
The love revolution starts at home.
It starts with you and it starts with me -- sharing love.
It starts from the ground up.
That could be sharing more love with yourself, your partner, your children, your friends, your neighbors, your colleagues.
It doesn't matter where you start, just that you start. Put love into action.
This is my love letter to you.
Where are you going to share your love today?
You matter. You count. You are valuable. You make a difference.
