Moods go up and down.
Perspective comes and goes.
The weather patterns of the mind reflect the health of the system, but they don't mean anything about who you are.
Emotions are the signal that let you know how aligned you are with truth.
They are not a reflection of your worth.
Listen to the signal. Take care of yourself.
But don't conflate how you feel with who you are.
Experience comes and goes.
Who and what you are always remains the same.
Your essence is whole and untouchable.
